Montesole Charming Country Houses
The Montesole residences are situated on a hill overlooking a charming stretch of southern Sicilian coast. Located 3 km from Licata (AG), they were built in the early 19th century and have recently been renovated, preserving the typical architectural features of that era.
The residences, named La Scuderia, La Suite, and La Dependance, can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The interiors feature a classic and traditional design that immediately conveys a sense of familiarity.
The ample outdoor spaces used by the property and those available to guests are characterized by the typical flora of the Mediterranean garden, providing a pleasant connection with nature.

La Scuderia
It is the largest of the three residences, spanning an area of 160 square meters.
It features 3 bedrooms, ample space, and comforts for 7 guests. The interiors are furnished in a traditional and welcoming style for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
The equally welcoming outdoor porch allows guests to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors.
La Suite
A comfortable residence, with an area of 60 square meters, designed to accommodate up to 3 guests in a functional and refined environment.
An interesting feature is the single room that connects to the double room, making the suite ideal for couples or small families.

La Dependance
This small residence is a room with facilities inside the property. It has 2 beds and is ideal for a group of guests that requires 5 bedrooms.
The space is very well organized and contains everything needed: a mini refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, and all amenities.
The common area in front is shared with the other two units, creating a shared yet private atmosphere.
